What can you expect ?

We guarantee that the recipient will be presented with a fresh first quality product designed to be enjoyed for a long time.

Even though our floral creations may not always be identical with the ones depicted, the recipient will always be presented with a product of equal quality and style as the one you ordered.

Even if out of stock items may have to be substituted, this will always be done in the same price category.

Delivery cost

At present our distribution area is limited to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. We charge a flat rate of 10 EUR per delivery.
We do our best to respect your wishes concerning the desired delivery time.

Please note that orders placed before 6 PM will be delivered the following day, except for Sundays and public holidays.

In the unlikely event, that we should be unable to process your order in the time indicated, you shall be notified by return e-mail within the same day.

Order day: 

  • Monday until 18:00, earliest delivery on Tuesday

  • Tuesday until 18:00, earliest delivery on Wednesday

  • Wednesday until 18:00, earliest delivery on Thursday

  • Thursday until 18:00, earliest delivery on Friday

  • Friday until 18:00, earliest delivery on Saturday

  • Saturday, earliest delivery on Monday

  • No delivery on Sundays

 

Proper delivery:
If the delivery cannot be properly carried out due to a mistake on the customer's part (wrong address, recipient on holiday, false delivery time or day, …), we withhold the right to charge the full amount for the items ordered.

Payment method

Justflowers offers different payment methods.

  • Credit Card Payment: you may pay for your order with Visa or MasterCard.
    All our credit card orders are processed via our secure server using the latest SSL encryption .

  • Paypal payment.

  • Pick up order

    Finally, you can also order online and pick up the items you ordered in our store. You will be asked to pay for the goods when you pick up your order.
